Yes. You will have the same Transaction Coordinator for your transactions. We are an extension of your team and having the same person working within your business helps to strengthen the partnership and increase customer satisfaction. With this in mind, we also want to express the value of hiring Moncord which means that all of our coordinators are trained and work under our proprietary systems to manage all files that come into our business. This process allows for our coordinators to provide vacation coverage, out of office, or any changing of coordinators that may take place to be smooth so your business keeps moving forward. You are not only getting a designated coordinator, but an army of coordinators to support your business!
You will have your TCs phone number and email address for when you need to contact them, or you can request to have them meet in person as well (in person meetings are limited at the moment)
You will have 24/7 access on every transaction through our online transaction coordination system. Documents are uploaded as they are received and will be accessible within. Your Transaction Coordinator will also be in touch frequently, updating you throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Yes. We will have your transactions archived for 90 days after the transaction closes. You can also request to have us send you the files as they close as well.
Yes. We will request you brief us on exactly where you are within the transaction so we can get up to speed as quickly as possible. If we believe there may be a disruption that would not benefit you we will discuss alternative options to support the file that has already begun. We have closed thousands of transactions and understand the common pitfalls that come with taking over files mid-stream so we will advise accordingly to provide the best service possible!
Yes. We are an extension of your team and will represent ourselves as such. Think of us as you would your team of lenders, home inspectors, escrow, etc., but with more flexibility to blend ourselves within your business.
YES! We have a short-pay guarantee. What is a short-pay guarantee? If you are unhappy with any particular premier transaction coordination service, you pick the price you should pay for that transaction.
Yes. We provide listing coordination services that help with uploading information (verbiage, images, documents) into the MLS, ordering signs to be installed, sending out forms to be signed, and assist with getting your listings ready to go live.
Yes. We will work to structure a service that will meet the needs of the agents in your brokerage. Our team has experience working with major brokerages and helping support their agents as the preferred transaction coordination partner. Transaction Lite is a stripped down, high value, low cost version of our Premier Services where we only provide office compliance support at a low monthly fee. Our Premier Services is our white-glove full service transaction coordination platform where we provide a designated coordinator for your business, access to our technology, and manage all aspects of your real estate transactions.
