Moncord Real Estate Professional Services has an exciting announcement. We are adding in a new program which will be great for new clients to get to know our business.
The Moncord Insider Program is here after a two-year wait and I am excited to share it with you today. Built into three different components, you have the option of a three-month standard term plan, a six-month prime term plan, or a 12-month VIP term plan.
The three-month term plan is an opportunity for you to look at our business and the services we provide. We like to say that it takes two to five transactions to get into a rhythm and get a good feel of how we operate as well as how you operate. This plan allows you three months with us to get the ball rolling and exclusively hire Moncord and give a broker confidence to continue working with us. It is a great intro to our company’s services and even comes with a couple of perks.
The six-month prime term plan is for those brokers that are more than happy to partner with us for six months. They have probably already heard about us and maybe even been on the opposite end of some of our transactions previously. They have seen our team work and are impressed by what we do.
The cool thing about the six-month program is that it allows you access to our partner ecosystem as well as some direct benefits that our team provides. It is still an introductory type of plan, but ultimately starts to open up the partner ecosystem as well.
The final option is the 12-month VIP program. If you sign up for the 12-month option, you get access to our partner ecosystem with promos and discounts as well as access to direct discounts and promotions from Moncord. The 12-month agreement has the most value by far and was built for those clients who have already decided to go all in with Moncord.

People who choose this plan have been on the opposite end of a transaction and seen us work. They have probably used other transaction coordination companies or individuals in the past and have a good understanding of what a transaction coordination is and the time it takes to develop that partnership. They are willing to commit.
This plan is also great for our current clients we have been working with for years. Moving to a 12-month agreement makes sense for our current clients because now our goal is to add a tremendous amount of value back to your business, which this Moncord insider program allows. We can provide you more benefits as well as exclusive discounts and promotions which can help continue building your business with marketing, agent services, inspections, etc.
You will have access to these partners as well as other partners as the program continues to grow and evolve.
It is important to note that if you decide at some point you want to sign up for a longer agreement, you can upgrade your plan at any time. We want you to get comfortable with how we operate and then commit deeper. With this, you will also become eligible for more benefits.
Also, if the transaction does not close, we do not charge you. Although you are giving Moncord exclusive rights to manage your transaction, if a transaction does not close, we do not get paid. We are of the mindset that we want to grow with you and this program will allow that as well as have access to other partners.
