Lisa was a successful Escrow and Title Account Executive for over 5 years prior to becoming a top real estate agent in 2012. She was named Rookie of the Year and sold 60 homes in a span of a year and half entering the industry. She later left selling real estate to become a productivity coach for Keller Williams Realty Bellevue.
After welcoming a new born and wanting to focus on raising her kids, she decided to transition to transaction coordination which allowed her the flexibility to manage her schedule with work and family.
Lisa now heads up operations for Moncord Real Estate Professional Services and executes against the firm’s strategic initiatives. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Montana in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.
Lisa is also CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert) designated, Keller Williams Realty BOLD graduate, Brian Buffini Turning Point training graduate, Larry Kendall Ninja Selling Installation Training graduate, and International Toastmasters Advanced Communicator Silver and Advanced Leader Bronze designated. Also worth noting, mom extraordinaire to 5 children and married to her best friend and business partner Alex Mont-Ros.

Alex has an extensive background in sales, corporate leadership and management. In 2003, Alex started his career as a successful real estate broker selling and listing residential and commercial properties. His career started in Las Vegas, Nevada under the Crighton Real Estate Holdings firm and transitioned in 2009 to Bellevue, WA under the nationwide recognized Keller Williams Realty brokerage. As an entrepreneur, Alex also co-founded a Seattle tech startup-crowd funding site in 2011 that assisted local athletes and organizations raise funds for specialized campaigns.
Later, he transitioned careers to corporate management as a regional leader for a Fortune 15 company managing over $100 million in revenues for global retailers and AEC firms. As co-founder of Moncord Real Estate Professional Services, Alex is tasked with developing Moncord’s strategic, sales, and marketing initiatives. He graduated Magna Cum Laude, BA in Business Management from Northwest University and is currently finishing his MBA with a focus in project management.
Alex holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, MAPS Business Coach Certified, Project Management Certified CAPM Education, and is bilingual professional working proficiency in Spanish. Not to mention, a father of 5 great kids and married to his best friend and business partner Lisa Mont-Ros.
Director of operations
Nichole brings to the Moncord team a vast experience in the financial sector as well as management. As a top trainer, she also helped develop leaders who have excelled in their roles and improved shareholder value. Shortly after, she decided to move into operations where she helped launch several new operating systems for a financial institution and also maintained the online account setups and credit/debit card fraud activity. Nichole brings experience that will elevate operational excellence for the team. She is married with two beautiful children and family is a key focus and priority. We welcome her to our team and consider Nichole a valuable asset to our company.
Training and Development program manager
Val started her real estate career as a buyer’s agent with a top producing Keller Williams expansion team. While gaining experience as an agent, she discovered her real passion and talent were on the transaction side of the sale. This led her to become the Transaction Manager with that top team where she managed transactions across multiple states. She finds true joy being able to help buyers and sellers through their home purchase or sale and supporting agents with their real estate business. Val brings to Moncord a tremendous amount of transaction management experience with over 600 transactions closed and takes great pride in her work ethic. She holds a BS in Communication Studies from Portland State University. Outside of real estate she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs and can be found doing endless renovations on her home.
Jennifer has been in the real estate industry for many years and has held multiple roles in property management, sales, marketing, and administration. She is a proven self-starter and we are excited to have her add value to our team and that much more to our clients!
Kelly came to our team with deep knowledge about real estate industry and perfect coordination specialist experience. She has customer service oriented personality which helps us to build healthy relations with our clients. With her impeccable attention to detail and problem solving skills, Kelly is sure one of the finest coordination specialist in the industry.
Bri grew up in the Real Estate industry as part of her mom's top producing team at John L. Scott Renton. Since high school, she has worked in various assistant, administration, and transaction support roles, developing customer service and contract knowledge almost as a second language. Outside of real estate, Bri is an avid musician. She has written, recorded and released 4 albums, toured half of the country, and performed in front of audiences as large as 1,800!
Nadia has been around Real Estate Since 2004, Her father in law was a big developer here the Greater Phoenix area and has been involved in Real Estate since then. She has managed land and commercial deals for years as well as Transaction Coordination. Nadia has lived in Arizona for over 20 years now with her husband and two beautiful children. In her free time she loves to cook, have family get togethers, and explore her beautiful State of Arizona.
Sara began her real estate career in property management for a Real Estate Investment Trust before pivoting and getting her WA real estate license. She joined a top producing Keller Williams expansion team as a buyer's agent where she earned her MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) and MRP (Military Relocation Professional) certifications. Sara started her own transaction management and marketing company servicing over 450 new and returning clients. Looking to expand, she joined Moncord for their systems, processes, and culture. Sara has two Bachelor's degrees in hospitality management & global studies and brings to Moncord her wealth of contract knowledge, a passion for transaction management, an eye for the little details, and excellent customer service!
Project Manager & Executive Admin
Madhura did her masters in computer science from Portland State University. She was working as a java developer in Portland and development and communications lead with a non profit organization before joining Moncord. She is been working with Moncord past few years and has helped Moncord’s system and processes from and technical standpoint. In her free time she likes to do hiking and hanging out with my friends and play board games.
Jenifer has been a in real estate industry for most of her life. She started out helping at the family real estate office as a kid, became a Commercial Broker’s Assistant and Assistant Property Manager for 8 years, and then spent 3 years as a Residential Agent where she helped many families find their dream homes. In 2007 Jenifer joined Boeing and learned how to be a scheduler and project manager, but she always missed the real estate industry, so she took the Voluntary Layoff option and decided to go back as a Broker’s Assistant/Transaction Coordinator/Listing Coordinator. Now she's excited to be with the Moncord team and work with Brokers to get their careers to the next level. When not working in real estate, you can find Jenifer camping with my family, watching her 2 boys play their various sports, cooking or going on walks with her dogs and husband!
Jessica is an experienced Licensed Real Estate Professional with strong work ethic and the ability to build long lasting relationships. Prior to becoming a real estate professional Jessica successfully owned and operated a small café for several years in Mukilteo. She has been providing top notch customer service for over 20 years. She is extremely knowledgeable in real estate procedures, business operations and sales. Jessica is highly productive and organized and prides herself in providing clients with an exceptional customer experience with results that consistently exceed expectations. Core values of trust, quality and integrity are paramount in how she conducts business. Outside of real estate she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, being active and baking delicious treats for other people.
Cayla Moritz started working in the real estate world in 2018 and has always had a passion for serving others. She has experience assisting top producing agents, managing transactions, working large plats, and helping her own clients buy/sell real estate as an agent with Windermere Real Estate/Whatcom located in Bellingham, WA. Growing up in the beautiful PNW and currently residing in Bellingham with her precious dog, Cayla loves to show people around the area whether a hike, dog park or a local brewery. Eventually expanding and creating her own coordination service for other agents in her spare time, she discovered her real passion – helping other fellow realtors manage and take care of their clients! With her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Studies from Western Washington University (graduated 2017) as well as a strong talent towards organization – transaction coordination is the perfect fit. She is excited to be a part of such an amazing company like Moncord and see how her role in it grows!
Melyveth "Millet" Gupit
Millet is a mother of three amazing children who loves to cook, travel, and learn new things. She started her career in real estate since arriving in the United States and has been in the industry for many years. She also has experience as an executive secretary in the Middle east for five years where she provided administrative and customer support. Millet is dependable, equipped with combined skills, abilities, knowledge, experience and we are excited to have her part of the Moncord team.
Grace Van Houten
Grace brings a lot of skill sets to our organization that will help exceed client expectations. She has a thorough background in escrow and experience in tax deferred exchanges. Detail oriented, Grace is sure to coordinate at the highest of levels and we are excited to have part of the team.
Izabella graduated from Bellevue High School with an Associate’s degree is attending Washington State University in the Fall of 2021 to continue her studies in communications. Before working for Moncord, she had experience in customer service including working for Michael's Toyota of Bellevue amongst other local businesses. She enjoys spending quality time with my family & friends and loves to travel, workout and overall takes the time to become the best version of who she knows she can be! She supports our setup department with compliance and documentation prep.
Cassandra grew up in a family of real estate professionals and has always enjoyed the behind the scenes work that goes on during a transaction. The organization, attention to detail, and assisting brokers are all things she loves! In her free time, you will most likely find Cassandra reading books or a softball in hand. She supports our setup department with compliance and documentation prep.
Rylee graduated early from The Billings Lincoln Center and since then has been expanding her customer service and leadership skills at previous jobs. Before joining the Moncord team, she was an Assistant General Manager at a local business. Rylee loves spending time with cat, hiking, going to concerts, and creating art. She will be assisting Moncord with setup and compliance support.

Alyssa is a mom of three beautiful children and loves to travel and spend time with family. She has an associates degree in psychology and loves working with people to help better themselves. With 10 years of experience in customer service and sales, Alyssa is here to help our client's business run as smoothly as possible while leveraging Moncord services. You may hear from her on occasion to check up on how things are going.
Barb has an extensive career experience within the banking industry overseeing loans and compliance support for one of the nations largest financial institutions. She has a keen eye for detail and is a highly productive individual. Barb loves cats, concerts, and staying fit. She supports Moncord with account receivables and other financial tasks.
